A YEAR SUPPLY OF BENJI’S DAIRY - ICE CREAM

There is one live offer on the site - to win a year supply of Benji’s Dairy ice cream. Each required separate entry in a simple format, where you answer a multiple choice question and give your contact details. Both will close on 31st July 2011.

1. All correct entries received will be entered into a random prize draw to win the first prizes. First prize is a whole year supply of Benji’s Dairy ice cream. The prize is delivered in voucher format  – one prize booklets one contains 52 vouchers for a half litre tub of Benji’s Dairy ice cream. The vouchers are redeemable in any stockist. Benji’s Dairy ice cream is available widely throughout the Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. If the winner resides outside the area of a local stockist in England, Wales or Scotland,  they may opt to receive 4 boxes of 12 half litre tubs - which can be delivered in minimum units of one box at a time. The Ice Cream will only be delivered to a UK address.

2. The prize is non-transferable, and is as stated.  No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

3. Draw closes at midnight on 31st July 2011

4. Limited to one entry per household.  No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. Open to all UK residents except employees and their immediate families of Benji’s Ltd or anyone professionally connected with the promotion

5. No purchase necessary.

6. One first prize winner for each draw will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received by 31st July 2011 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.  A response must be received within one month of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize, and another winner will be drawn.  The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received.  Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.

8. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.  All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
